Who we are

What we collect

• Your brief. If you send a brief or email us, we receive what you write: your name, company, website, phone, email, country and project details. We use it only to reply and to work with you.
• Basic technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) briefly processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages securely.

We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.

Cookies

The site works fully without cookies. We remember your cookie choice in your browser so we don’t ask again. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages work (visits, pages viewed, rough location, device). It loads only if you click Accept; if you decline, nothing is sent to Google Analytics. You can change your mind at any time:

Third-party services

Briefs sent from the form are stored in our private database at Supabase (supabase.com) and delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Neither service uses them for anything else.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and one script from jsDelivr. Like any web request, these services see your IP address. They do not set cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

Briefs and emails are kept as long as needed to answer you and manage any project, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@thechromaticstudio.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
